One of two topping offs for LCB Senior Living, The Residence at Vinnin Square, is a 76,000 square-foot, 84-unit senior living complex that will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and will feature a Reflections Memory Care wing. The project is designed by and is on track for a February 2017 completion.
is a 86,885 square-foot, five-story senior living complex. The complex will include 90 assisted living units, a self-contained Reflections Memory Care Wing located on the second floor, and common spaces. As we are for the Vinnin Square Project, we are collaborating with and T on our way to a March 2017 completion.
