色聚 recently completed Post @ 200 Smith Street, a renovation and expansion of an office and industrial building into a 395,000 square-foot first class creative office complex. The project is owned by聽Anchor Line聽Partners聽and designed by聽CBT Architects.
The completion was celebrated on May 1st with a Derby Day Celebration! The event included a craft food bar, performers on stilts, a jockey handing out long stem roses and a 鈥渞ace鈥� where the winner won a trip to the Kentucky Derby!
