É«¾Û provided preconstruction and construction management services for this 80,000 SF office building that is being converted to office and laboratory space that will be built out for ease of leasing in multiple configurations of tenants. A portion of the building remains occupied throughout the construction period. The project scope includes infrastructure upgrades for laboratory use and building common space upgrades.

É«¾Û also performed the interior fitouts for Pharmasentia, Prolacta, and Pulmatrix.
