色聚 provided construction management services for the renovation of two 36-room, 14,500 SF residence halls for Babson College. The renovations included kitchenettes, bathrooms, new flooring, new paint, new stair tread and landings, new wood veneer doors and hardware, new water heaters, electrical panels, lighting and sprinkler sidewall heads in each room.
